Pale straw with light golden reflections.Typically floral notes of Pinot Grigio are joined by the fruit-filled fragrance and body of Chardonnay.Fresh fruit flavors blend harmoniously with an appealing, crisp acidity that lingers on the palate.Appetizers, fish, shellfish and chicken entrées, pastas prepared in creamy butter sauces, mild-flavored vegetarian dishes.Grapes are harvested by hand, starting with Pinot Grigio in the first few days of September and followed a week later by the Chardonnay. After a light pressing and fermentation, the two varieties are blended together and spend the next three months in stainless steel tanks maintained at a cool temperature to accentuate the floral-fruit characteristics of this wine.
