Aged two months in American White Oak, and an additional month in French Oak. Developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery, master distiller, Sergio Cruz, and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy. Eighty percent (80%) of the blend is Tequila produced from natural wild yeast, and twenty percent (20%) of the blend is Tequila produced from champagne yeast imported from France. NATURAL FERMENTATION: 5-7 day process in open wooden vats with proprietary yeast strains creating complex aromatics.
