Aged blended Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
Blend of column and pot still rums distilled from molasses in DDL’s heritage French Savalle still, Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP), and Versailles wooden vat still (REV)
Aged in ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 21 years.
Aromas of toffee, tobacco, and passion fruit lead to a velvety smooth and full-bodied palate highlighting coffee blossom, leather, clove, and brown sugar; muscat grape and salted caramel punctuated by allspice and Sichuan peppercorn with plenty of oak tannin on the finish

Aged in the intense heat and humidity of Guyana, this 21-year-old Demerara rum drinks like an even older Cognac.
