@Worthy Park Overproof is a blend of three un-aged rums distilled from Worthy Park’s own estate-grown sugar cane molasses on a Forsyth double retort copper pot still. Additive-free in accordance with Jamaican Rum G.I. Expect freshly cut sugarcane, grass, papaya, and fermented pineapple; ripe fruit lingers long on the palate with underlying vegetal notes. Double Gold at 2022 SWFSC (Over-Proof Rum) 63% ABV
