Bright ruby red transitioning toward garnet as the wine ages. Bouquet of cherry, plum, and spices. Full bodied, lively acidity with flavors of red fruit. Smooth and long on the finish. While very drinkable at present, this wine will age well. Ideal match with any cut of steak, stewed meat, game, hearty cheeses, and any highly seasoned or spicy dishes.
