Bordeaux Blanc Sec
A blend of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, and 20% Muscadelle
Winemaking Notes:
Traditional: skin contact and cold fermentation. Aged on the lees for about 3 weeks, which accounts for its smooth and fruity aromas.
Tasting Notes:
Color: gold
Bouquet: floral aromas and fruity aromas (hawthorn, grape fruit).
Palate: round and fresh, slightly pearly. Crisp and long final.
Food Pairing:
Best served at 8/10°C as an aperitif or with oysters, mussels, grilled fishes.
