Dom Delagrange Description
Its purple color is nuanced by a light violet hue. On the nose, aromas of morello cherry, raspberry, and strawberry prevail, enhanced by a delicate violet scent. On the palate, it is spontaneous and delicious, with decidedly round and silky tannins. A wine of pure pleasure, quite simply.
Who says wine for pleasure, says indulgence! It will be in perfect harmony with a traditional Boeuf Bourguignon, and will go very well with roast meats, or grilled meats. Prefer a dish with balanced flavors, not too spicy. A Comté or a fresh cheese will also be welcome. Sustainably Farmed
