Sensorial Profile:
Color: Quiet intense ruby red, with some mild purple reflections
 

Nose:Intense, with a floral beginning made of violet, red rose and a particular note of geranium. Following by more markedly fruity and marasca, evolving with time into white pepper and cardamom.
 

Taste: Warm on the palate, harmonious, interesting body and balance with a slight tannic component. Very long in aftertaste and aromatic final persistence.
 

Food coupling:
It matches perfectly with seasoned and blue cheeses and with first courses of egg pasta. It is particularly suitable to accompany either a long cooking red meat, like stew, or roasts. Great matching withwhite meats too, especially structured or spicy preparations, such as curry or mustard
