A fragrant Pouilly-Fuisse with stacks of ripe pear, white peach and lemon, also notes of fresh butter and oolong tea leaves. Lively and elegant on the medium-bodied palate. Appealing balance of restrained creaminess with bright acidity and just a hint of tannin. Moderately dry finish.
Producer Notes
The 2021 Pouilly-Fuissé reveals a pale yellow color. Its nose is fresh revealing notes of fresh almond and pink grapefruit. Its mouth is frank with a touch of chlorophyll on the finish.
