After spending time in Bordeaux, Giampaolo Motta left his family’s leather business behind in Naples and headed north to Chianti where he learned the art of wine making. Giampaolo decided to for go the restrains of being a Chianti Classico to be able to utilize grapes as he saw fit. He has created a product with the freshness and minerality of Sangiovese, expertly blended with the opulence and nobility of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 10 months in French oak 10% new oak this wine is seamless!
